students how to incorporate aromatherapy into their Swedish massage
routine. Students will need to
have taken the first three classes in the Aromatherapy course to have an
understanding of a significant number of oils to benefit their clients’
needs. Required materials: Students will need to

hours $187 Course description: This course is designed to assist a student to
seamlessly blend energy holds into a full body massage. Special attention
will be paid to grounding a client before and after the session, assisting
the client into a deep state of relaxation, and supporting the client through
emotional release. This course will help students be available to assist
their clients in connecting to a full range of “issues held in the tissue” by
“going beyond the physical.” Prerequisites:

their understanding of these two “sister” therapies and how their
similarities can enhance both the balance of the craniosacral fluid and
rhythm, as well as the release of the fascial system. Both of these modalities tend to

the basic model of Thai Massage.
The standard Thai Massage routine will be reviewed and then enhanced,
as students learn to modify each Thai stretch into a fascial release. Prerequisites:

on Fascia and Trigger Point classes are taught as complementary therapies,
this course will bring them both together in a simple but effective way to
get beyond those stubborn clients who are reluctant to allow their body to
release. This class will explore
the stillness needed and offer the time for students to wait for the more
difficult releases. Prerequisites:

description: Students will learn about the benefits of
Restorative Yoga with props and Heated Stone Therapy. Various Restorative
Yoga poses will be shown and combined with placement of and massage
techniques with Heated Stones for an ultimate deep relaxation treatment. A
sequence will be taught that can stand on it's own as a new modality you can
offer, or you can incorporate parts of this treatment into your current
massage. Required materials: Yoga Mat Eye pillow 2-3 heavy towels 1-2 blankets that can

techniques, special draping and bolstering, combined with Foot Reflexology.
Since Foot Reflexology benefits the entire body it is especially necessary

in a spa setting and are getting requests for trigger point therapy, but work
in an environment of relaxation, where emotional releases may be
uncomfortable. Trigger point techniques will be taught through the top sheet,
as well as some “pin and stretch” techniques which are easy to do, combined
with Swedish. Required materials: Set of twin sheets Total cost includes two
