The energy healing program at HHI is open to all interested students who want to explore how to bring our lives into balance thru working with our own energy system. Energy medicine works with the body’s subtle energies that have a direct effect on our health and happiness. Energy healing restores our natural flow of energy increasing the ability of the body to heal itself.

By learning to feel/sense energy, our lives are transformed. We begin to see the world and our relationships in it as exchanges of energy. We gain clarity about how we use our system, how we affect others and how they affect us, and how to make conscious choices about our energy that affect our health and well-being. We explore how to remain focused and grounded even in challenging times and how to be powerfully present in the moment. These classes can help everyone from bodyworkers, nurses, teachers, and performers to anyone who is of service to their community, family, and friends.

For students who wish to offer energy healing sessions professionally, we offer a 100-hour comprehensive training program called Energy Medicine and Healing Practices. The curriculum covers metaphysical principles, energetic anatomy, energy palpation skills, and various techniques including a full body treatment. The student will have an understanding of the flow of energy thru the system, how to find and release blockages, and how to differentiate their own energy from their client’s.

In addition, students will learn how to work with the auric field, work with primary and secondary chakras, and stay focused and grounded during sessions. First, students learn to strengthen the overall flow of our energy systems and then, learn techniques to directly affect the specific ailment or condition of the client. This program is geared toward the serious student that wants to do energy healing at a professional level.

Energy healing is deeply fulfilling for the practitioner. This path not only helps others, but also requires of the practitioner personal growth. If you are deeply committed to helping others and equally committed to exploring yourself, please join us on this wonderful journey.

Energy Medicine and Healing Practices

Course description:

Comprehensive training program (described previously) that consists of Energy Healing I-IV and Energy Healing Skills, totaling a 100-hour certification.

Energy Healing Level I

15 hours $200

“Energy is all there is”

Course description:

This introductory class presents a foundation of basic energy concepts, metaphysical principles, and energetic anatomy. Simple energy exercises will be practiced by students to begin developing basic skill sets. Students will explore how to get a tactile sense of palpable energy and feel the flow of energy through the system. The emphasis of the course is on seeing the world as being made up of energy, including us. From inquiring into our lives, we recognize our relationships as exchanges of energy as well. This awareness begins to transform our lives as we begin to see patterns and start to make different, conscious choices.
Students will learn how to get and stay grounded, and how to stay clear and focused so that you can be fully available to sense and interact with energy fields. We will explore how to BE with another person without judgment. We will practice creating safe and sacred space for our clients and ourselves.

Energy Healing Level II

30 hours $365

“Follow the energy”

Course description:

The emphasis of this course is to take the energy palpation skills learned in Energy I and apply them to a full body treatment. Students will learn how to “open” the chakras, find blockages, and follow the flow of energy thru the system. The result of restoring the flow of energy is called an energy balancing. An energy balancing session can bring about deep relaxation for the client resulting in a decrease of stress hormones like adrenaline and cortisol, which have been linked with suppression of the immune system. Energy balancing increases the efficiency and organization of the energy field, allowing the body to begin to heal itself. Some of the effects that clients report are increased body awareness, restful sleep, decreased pain levels, ease of anxiety, and the ability to be more present in life and live more fully.

Energy Healing Level III

15 hours $200

Course description:

This intermediate level class focuses on developing a new set of tactile skills. Students will learn how to work effectively on specific organs and body systems by going deeper into the system. Students will also advance their hands-on skills by learning to pull pain, an excellent tool essential for energy healing.

These new skills can be immediately incorporated into the full body treatment and assist in customizing the session according to the client’s needs.

Prerequisite: Energy Healing Level II

Energy Healing Level IV

30 hours $365

Course description:

This course focuses on doing energy healing on a professional level whether in private practice or working in a clinical atmosphere. The course will include deeper discussion about actual cases, student’s cases, and developing this type of work in a professional setting. Topics will include setting boundaries with clients, marketing, and establishing your own practice. In addition, advanced techniques will be taught and practiced to encourage the growth of the practitioner in working with more challenging cases.

Energy Healing Skills

10 hours $135

Course description:

Practice, practice, practice! This class refines energy healing skills including proper body mechanics, table height, energy palpation, and hand positions. Students will run their own energy healing clinic seeing multiple clients in one day with assistance provided by the instructor.

Prerequisite: Energy I and II

*Students may enroll in either the 100-hour Certification Course, Energy Medicine and Healing Practices, or take classes individually and receive a Certificate of Completion for each class.
